The location couldn't be better! However, the building shows its age. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The carpets could definitely use a thorough cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are somewhat worn, with some peeling on the leather. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the place comfortable, with a prime spot for exploring the area.

The pool was inviting, although the heater seemed to be out of order, making it a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, the hot tub was a wonderful alternative! The poolside guest studios provided a nice touch of privacy, despite being on the smaller side. Remember, this is an older property, so there are some signs of age. We faced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't get cold enough to freeze anything, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom downstairs, it might not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Also, there isn't a bath or shower in the main downstairs area. However, considering the cost shared among families, it was a reasonable option for our needs.

What an AMAZING last-minute getaway! This apartment was just perfect for our quick trip. The convenience of having parking is a huge plus, and the property manager was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is within walking distance—just a couple of minutes to Starbucks, stores, and live music spots. The furniture does show some signs of wear, particularly the couch, but the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door made us forget about those minor imperfections right away.

The location was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or just a 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side with just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, I found it to be unreasonable compared to the overall facilities and location. Thankfully, I received a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 felt excessive for what was provided. I hope the pricing is reconsidered and additional amenities are added in the future.
