We spent three enjoyable weeks at this property and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Everything we wanted to see was within a short 5-minute drive, and there were several places we could easily stroll to from the rental. The area was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to various attractions. The house itself, with its century-old charm, was delightful. The pool and cabana area in the backyard were fantastic for relaxing, and the two additional 'casitas' made it easy for our larger group to spread out comfortably. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and genuinely wanted us to have a perfect stay. We did notice the need for a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, but overall, this is a wonderful place for those traveling with a big group who want to be in the heart of West Palm.
The host rescued us when we found ourselves in a bind late at night. We had checked into another property that simply wasn't prepared for our arrival. Thankfully, the host welcomed us in just before 10 PM and made our last-minute stay seamless and comfortable. Everything was great, and we couldn't be happier.

I recently stayed at this property for work purposes, and it exceeded my expectations. The house had ample space, and the beds were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great privacy and each came with its own bathroom, which was a real bonus. The pool area was delightful, nestled among beautiful trees, though we did have to use the nets to keep it tidy. Still, we enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool added a lovely ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was wonderfully peaceful and gave a sense of security. We even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Plus, the location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would absolutely consider returning if this property is available again.
The host was exceptional, always quick to address any inquiries and very accommodating. They provided amazing support for guests attending the event and were flexible with our specific requests. The studio was beautifully designed and included all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, helping my legs recover after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
