This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom also boasts modern renovations and some nice touches like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, which complemented the efficient air conditioning nicely. Storage is not an issue here, as the closet is well-equipped with racks and bars. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient. The host was very responsive and addressed our minor concerns promptly and kindly. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would happily book with this host again.

The owner was wonderful, always approachable and quick to respond. They were incredibly accommodating when I accidentally mixed up my booking dates, which made everything so much easier!

This place was fantastic! It was cozy and ideally situated for all our plans. The apartment complex featured a lovely pool and gym facilities. The property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive. I'd definitely choose to stay here again. One small note: the decor wasn't exactly as shown in the photos, but it was still a minor detail and didn't impact our experience.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The convenience of having parking was a great bonus, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks, shops, and live music are all within two minutes! While some furnishings show a bit of wear, it’s easy to overlook those once you take in the beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend!
