This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a month here and absolutely loved every second of it. The location is ideal—just under 10 minutes from the airport without any noise disturbance, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, which boasts amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You definitely don’t need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredible and made everything so seamless. Whenever we encountered an issue, they promptly arranged for assistance, and the problems were resolved right away. This Airbnb is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials we needed. The neighbors in the building were very friendly, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure the transition was smooth. They have multiple properties and are extremely reliable. We would highly recommend this place, along with the host's other listings, to anyone looking for a great stay.

While the location is quite far from the convention center (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive), the room is fairly small with just one double bed, a sofa, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price point, which seems unreasonable for what is offered, I was relieved to see a full refund under AirBnB's policy. However, I still feel that over $300 is too steep for this space and its facilities. I hope that a more reasonable rate and additional amenities are considered in the future.
