Cancellation policy
A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

This property is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood feels very secure, making it ideal for a family getaway. The space accommodated multiple families well. While the pool was inviting, we found that the heater wasn't functioning, so we spent more time in the hot tub, which was lovely! The adjoining studios near the pool are compact but perfect for some private time if needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show signs of wear. Unfortunately, the fridge and freezer were not cooling properly, which was a bit of a hassle since we couldn't keep our drinks icy. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for those with limited mobility. Also, there's no bath or shower available on the ground level. Overall, the price was reasonable considering we divided the costs among several families.
