We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for families. The space was plenty big for our group, but we did have some issues with the pool heater, leaving the water pretty chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a great alternative for relaxing. The small studios by the pool were handy for those needing a bit of seclusion. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some parts show their age. We ran into a problem with the refrigerator and freezer, as they weren't working properly - the freezer was barely cold, which caused us to lose some ice. Also, the stairs could be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. There's no shower or bath in the main living area either, so plan accordingly. However, when sharing the cost among multiple families, it was definitely a good value for the area.

The owner was truly wonderful and their apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very organized. My mother had a delightful stay here and enjoyed every moment.
