Charming property located in a great neighborhood! The host ensured that the check-in was effortless.

We arrived by plane and reached the property around 1:00 pm, expecting to grab some lunch before check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at check-in time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until nearly 6:00 pm without any updates, we reached out again to find out the status. It wasn't until around 7:45 pm that we were finally allowed to enter the property. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, making a lot of noise until about 9:30 pm. Additionally, there were leftover items like a toilet and sink in the kitchen area throughout our stay, which was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the host for the inconvenience caused. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and other issues, but I was told they would need to consult with the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them in the future.

Unfortunately, we didn’t gain access until about 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were actively tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until approximately 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, they left a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or effort made to rectify the situation. I even requested a partial refund for the late check-in and inconveniences, but was told the property manager would need to consult with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The host was truly outstanding. Checking in was a breeze, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Upon arrival, they greeted us and ensured everything went smoothly. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive and very helpful. The location was exactly as advertised. This host embodies everything you hope for in an Airbnb experience. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at one of their properties.

The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself shows its age, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture, particularly the leather pieces, are in need of some attention. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and found the space to be comfortable, with just a few areas that could be improved.
